The Music Everywhere Choir and Music Everywhere Association Boards form one body. It serves the group by harmonizing the work of five sections: administrative, choral, personal, financial and promotional.
keeping documentation of: protocols, resolutions, lists, regulations, applications, reports, declarations; conclusion of contracts; formal representation before public authorities, offices, institutions; keeping the schedule and archival calendar etc.
running a digital and physical music library, score acquisition, MIDI preparation; records of costumes, briefcases and accessories; logistics - transport, provisioning, insurance, etc.)
keeping records related to choristers and candidates, attendance, recruitment, surveys, leave requests, taking care of the team's social life - birthdays, anniversaries, choral baptism and others
register of contributions, co-financing, contact with the accounting office, preparation of cost estimates, budgeting, preparation of applications for co-financing, acquisition and contact with sponsors
web administration, FB, YT; preparation of graphic and multimedia materials, texts; contact with media and honorary patrons; supporting crowd-funding campaigns, contact with partners and performers)
The Management Board is supported by Audit Committee, which performs an advisory and controlling function towards the Management Board. The term of offices lasts two years.
